...but sometimes and for unknown reasons I succeed in managing it

But lets start again with updates on my last blog:
The AURA NOIR shots are currently stuck in Apollyons inbox so it might take a while with an upload to their profile.
Blasphemer, whom I sent the pictures as well, already gave me a great feedback and uses some for private purposes at the moment!
I am still waiting for Stephen O'Malley to reply to my mail.
But since hes on tour again it might also take some time for him to review and reply! until then I wont publish further SUNN O))) pictures!

Now to the new news

The last weekend was a great success!
Starting with VARDLOKKUR on Friday in Duisburg.
I had a great time with the band and took some good pictures!
they are already sent out to the band and the feedback was... overwhelming! yes!
I got invited by Ynleborgaz to shoot ANGANTYR at the Under the Black Sun Festival [link] and might also attend their show at the Barther Metal Openair [link] both next year!
Also I got invited by Vrede to attend any further shows of VARDLOKKUR
Besides this I met the guys of TAVARON and THYRGRIM that night. THYRGRIM's frontman Kain is also the organizer of the Ketzerfest, a Black Metal festival that I planned to attend at the end of this year.
TAVARON also invited me to future shows...
maybe i'll shoot them again along with LIFELOVER, GEIST and FÄULNIS in Oberhausen on the 27th again, but this is not sure yet.

On Saturday I was guest of MAYHEM in Oberhausen.
It was a blast! not only because I met old and new friends but also because of its personal meaning to me!
MAYHEM were supportet by ROST and the guys from THYRGRIM (and another band unworthy to mention).
to cut the long story short let me get to the facts:
I worked my ass off to edit and deliver all pictures from the whole weekend asap and yes, you know how the feedback was (and if not, just guess )
and at this moment I am waiting for Kain to reply to my request for the Ketzerfest's guestlist while the other bands already started uploading my pictures!
Besides the named bands, I also met the organizer from the TOTALSELFHATRED, SILENT LEGES INTER ARMA and HYPOTHERMIA show (last month in cologne) again, who told me that I will have free entry on all future Cologne-Hellfire shows!

And if that would not be enough, I joined the webzine "The Werkshed"
which is run by my friend Bastard Son Of God from the US-BM band HUMAN DUST (ex-FORESTS OF OLD)
My job in this zine is to write CD reviews and my very first review is about the new MERRIMACK album!

Now I'll start my preparations for tomorrows THE DEVIL'S BLOOD, VERDUNKELN and GRIFTEGAARD show to which I surprisingly just got my accreditation today!
